Sr Engineer

Required: Bachelor's degree in an Engineering field. Six years of engineering design experience with an emphasis on the design of facility systems. Registered Professional Engineer (P.E.), State of Texas within 180 days of job entry.

Preferred: Master’s Level Degree. Five years of healthcare or research design experience.  A thorough knowledge of the principles, methods, and practices involved in the design, remodeling, renovation commissioning and operation & maintenance of facilities and their systems. Detailed knowledge of NEC, Life Safety, IBC, IPC, TDH, Building and Energy Codes.  An exceptional working knowledge of AutoCAD MEP, 2012.  Experience in writing specifications and in client contact, including conducting client meetings.  A good working knowledge of MS Office; Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
