Sr Architect - Major Capital Healthcare or Research Projects

Required: Bachelor's degree in Architecture. Six years of architectural experience to include three years of healthcare or research design experience. A thorough knowledge of the principles, methods and practices involved in the design, remodeling, operation and maintenance of buildings and utilities systems is required. Must obtain an Architect license issued by the State of Texas within 180 days of date of entry into job.

Preferred: Master’s Level Degree. Eight years experience in relevant architectural design with a focus in healthcare, academic, and \ or research facilities. Certified Construction Specifier (C.C.S.), Construction Specification Institute.
