Program Manager, Impact Evaluation

EDUCATION:
Required: Bachelor's degree.

Preferred: Master's degree in Public Health, Public Affairs, Psychology, Healthcare Administration or related field.

EXPERIENCE:
Required: Five years related experience to include three years program management experience. May substitute required education degree with additional years of equivalent experience on a one to one basis. With preferred degree, three years of required experience.

Preferred: Experience working directly in program evaluation and/or process improvement. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure. Willing and able to work extended and flexible hours, function under demanding circumstances. Computer software skills including advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, and Access.
