Program Director - Procedural & Therapeutics / Quality & Safety
Requirements
Education Required: Bachelor’s degree in nursing
Education Preferred: Master’s degree in nursing
Experience Required: Five (5) years of experience in patient safety activities including regulatory compliance and three (3) years of experience in robust process improvement methodologies.
Experience Preferred: None
Licensure/Certification Required: Current registered nurse (RN) as defined by the Texas Board of Nursing and Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) or other quality certification by the National Association for Healthcare Quality (NAHQ)
Must pass pre-employment skills test as required and administered by Human Resources.
