EDUCATION

  • Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Preferred: Graduate of an approved Medical Assistant program or US Military medical services training program.

WORK EXPERIENCE

  • Required: 1 year Medical assistant experience.

     

    With preferred education no experience is required.

LICENSES AND CERTIFICATIONS

  • Preferred: CMA - Certified Medical Asst American Association of Medical Assistants (AAMA). 
  • Preferred: RMA - Reg Medical Assistant American Society of Medical Technologists (AMT). 
  • Preferred: CCMA - Cert Clinical Medical Asst National Healthcareer Association (NHA). 
  • Preferred: National Certified Medical Assistant (NCMA)-NCTT National Center for Competency Testing (NCCT). 
  • Preferred: Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)
