Clinical Program Manager - Patient Safety
REQUIREMENTS
Required Education: Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Pharmacy, Physician Assistant or related healthcare field.
Preferred Education: Master’s degree in a healthcare related field or Business Administration.
Required Experience: Five years of healthcare experience to include two years of patient safety or business management experience. With preferred degree, three years of healthcare experience to include two years of patient safety or business management experience.
Licensure/Certifications
Current State of Texas Professional Nursing license (RN) and one of the following: Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) or Certified Professional in Patient Safety �(CPPS) or Certified Joint Commission Professional (CJCP).
