Building Operations Technologies Specialist
Required: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Electronics, Mechanical Systems, Computer Technology, or other related technical field. Five years experience in building operations technologies analysis, design, project management and programming. May substitute required education degree with additional years of equivalent experience on a one to one basis.
Preferred: Hands-on experience supporting Siemens APOGEE and Desigo Building Automation Systems, Tridium Niagara application, Trane Ensemble application, EATON Foreseer application, Siemens, Distech, and Phoenix Controls processors, system integration, SOAP, BACnet, OPC, Modbus and related industry protocols. Direct hands-on experience supporting clinical patient care and operating room environments, MRI/DI, research laboratory environments and controls, central utility plants, vivarium's, data centers, and other highly technical environments.
