Assistant Facilities Project Manager
EDUCATION
- Required: Associate's Degree Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering, or related.
- Preferred: Bachelor's Degree Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering, or related.
WORK EXPERIENCE
- Required: Four years Construction or project management experience. or
- Required: Two years Construction or project management experience, with Bachelor's degree.
May substitute Associate's degree with additional years of equivalent experience on a one to one basis.
Preferred: Design and Construction experience with a focus in healthcare, academic, and/or research facilities.
PREFERRED CERTIFICATION:
- One or more of the following:
Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), Project Management Professional (PMP) issued by the Project Management Institute (PMI), Certified Healthcare Constructor (CHC)
