Visa and Immigration Advisor

Education:

Required: Bachelor's Degree in Social Sciences, Business Administration, Humanities or Education. 

Experience

Required: Three years of professional experience may substitute required education degree, with additional years of equivalent experience on a one to one basis. 

Must be either a U.S. Citizen or a U.S. Lawful Permanent Resident. Federal Code of Regulation - 8 C.F.R. 214.3 (1) (1).

Preferred: Student and Exchange Visitor Program (SEVIS) experience sponsoring J-1 or F-1 or experience with filing non-immigrant visa petitions (e.g. H-1B, TN)
