Success in this role requires strong project management capabilities, exceptional organizational skills, and a solid understanding of endowments, gift compliance, and gift agreements. Familiarity with industry best practices in donor relations is essential.

Reporting to the Senior Director of Donor Relations, the Director is also responsible for coordinating, tracking, and producing donor impact reports in accordance with gift agreements.
