REQUIREMENTS
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred Education: Some College.
Certification: Must meet department American Association of Laboratory Animal Science (AALAS) certification requirements.
Preferred Certification: American Association of Laboratory Animal Science (AALAS) Assistant Laboratory Animal Technician certification within two years in the job.
Experience: One year of animal experience in an animal hospital/clinic or animal research facility. May substitute required experience with completed years of college on a one to one basis.
Preferred Experience: Experience gained in a university research setting.
Onsite Presence: Is Required.
