Project Director, Facilities Contracts & Controls - Construction Projects

Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, architecture, engineering, design and construction project management, or related field. Ten years of experience with contract administration in planning, and/or design and/or construction project implementation, facilities administration, or project cost accounting, to include six years of management experience. Successful completion of the LEADing Self Accelerate program may substitute for one year of required supervisory or management experience. Must pass pre-employment skills test as required and administered by Human Resources.

Preferred: Doctor of Jurisprudence or master’s degree in accounting, architecture, business administration, design and construction project management, engineering, or related field. Ten years of leadership experience: in the development and administration of contracts related to the design and construction or renovation of complex medical and research facilities; with reading, researching and interpreting laws, policies, practices and rules related to the execution of design and construction projects, with a focus on requirements to which public institutions of higher education must comply.
