Program Manager, Procedural & Therapeutics
The Program Manager of Procedural & Therapeutics will report to the Director of Procedural and Therapeutics Operations. This is a highly visible position that will work with leadership across division.
The ideal candidate has at least five years of executive support experience in healthcare or other industries, two years of professional graphic design expertise, and expert-level proficiency with Large Language Models like ChatGPT. Should excel in project management, communication, and problem-solving, with a proven ability to coordinate across teams and drive innovative solutions. This candidate thrives in dynamic settings, delivering high-quality results and fostering collaboration.
Job duties
Graphic Design and Content Creation
· Develops professional graphics for various communication vehicles including but not limited to PowerPoints, fliers, videos, scripting & intranet design.
· Develops unique and creative graphics to support division goals and objectives.
· Writes and contributes to multiple communication vehicles including division newsletter, monthly division meetings, annual employee forums, employee celebration and adhoc articles.
· Gather content from operational leaders and institutional channels, triages and synthesizes important and relevant information for distribution.
· Manages the division content library including all images, publications, emails, PowerPoints, and more, as well as various division/team contact lists.
· Assists with division event planning, including monthly roundtables the Annual Awards, Employee Appreciation Month, and more.
· Use large language models to streamline communication and automate processes where necessary.
Project Management
· Develops timelines, objectives, action items, and documentation to successfully support a program/project.
· Attends and coordinates various meetings related to assigned projects
· Prepares and manages the agenda, organization, planning, and presentations for meetings
· Keeps stakeholders regularly informed of progress, escalating issues when necessary
· Measures success of project and reports to leadership.
· Consults and advises on departmental and other cross-divisional and institutional projects as needed by P&T leadership
· Provides support for COO imperatives, when needed
Reporting & Analysis
· Develop and utilize quantitative & qualitative mediums to communicate, track trends, and inform prospective decision-making.
· Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress towards the optimization and standardization of programs and initiatives.
· Be familiar with EPIC and other reporting systems to gather data and make recommendations.
· Develop data visualization strategies using tools such as Tableau and PowerBI.
Education
Required: Bachelor's degree.
Experience
Five years related experience to include three years program management experience. May substitute required education degree with additional years of equivalent experience on a one to one basis. With preferred degree, three years of required experience.
