Principal Philanthropy Data Analyst

EDUCATION

Required: Bachelor's degree in a related field.

Preferred: Master's degree in a related field.

EXPERIENCE

Required: Five years experience developing experimental designs, hypotheses, and algorithms to solve analytics problems.

Preferred: Experience in the use of statistical packages (e.g., SAS, R, Python) to solve business issues. Experience with SQL or Oracle PL/SQL, SAP BI (Crystal Reports), Power BI or Tableau (dashboard technologies).  Experience working for advancement services or fundraising organizations, or comprehensive philanthropic campaigns is a plus and have a viable understanding of information systems.  Experience with Salesforce CRM & reporting is a plus. Ability to communicate with end-users, effectively understanding their needs and communicating appropriate expectations to them.  Adaptable to change and able to interact with co-workers and end-users in a positive manner.
