Operations & Maintenance Supervisor - Saturday-Tuesdays Days

Required: High school diploma or equivalent. Five years of experience in one or more craft areas including three years lead/supervisory experience. Successful completion of the LEADing Self Accelerate program may substitute for one year of required supervisory or management experience. Must pass pre-employment skills test as required and administered by Human Resources.

Preferred Certification: 

Licensed as Journeyman Plumber in the State of Texas

Medical Gas Piping Installation Endorsement by the State

Licensed Stationary Engineer, First Grade, as issued by the City of Houston or Journeyman's license in one craft. 

Valid Class A,B or C Texas driver's license and eligible to drive State and Institutional vehicles.

Preferred Experience: Knowledge of Joint Commission Environment of Care requirements and experience and five years experience as a Manager, Superintendent, and/or Supervisor gained at a similar institution in Operations and Maintenance. Possesses background in using (computerized maintenance management system) CMMS software.
