EDUCATION
- Required: Master's Degree Nursing or Healthcare Administration or related field
- Preferred: PhD Nursing or related field
WORK EXPERIENCE
- Required: 5 years of progressive experience in leadership in an academic or large health system. With 2 years in a management role.
- Preferred: 5 years of experience in data analytics or bioinformatics with demonstrated experience in healthcare analytics, evidence-based practice, and scholarly dissemination.
- Successful completion of the LEADing Self Accelerate and/or LEADing Self Discover programs may substitute for one year of required supervisory or management experience. Completion of both programs can be substituted for a maximum of two years of supervisory or management experience.
LICENSES AND CERTIFICATIONS
- Required: RN - Registered Nurse - State Licensure State pf Texas Professional Nursing License (RN). Upon Hire
OTHER REQUIREMENTS: Must pass pre-employment skills test as required and administered by Human Resources.
