Dispatcher - Patient Transportation (Mon - Sun - 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM)

Education Required: High school diploma or equivalent.

Education Preferred: Associates degree.

Experience Required: Two years phone dispatcher, call center agent, or managing customer requests via phone. With preferred degree, no experience required.

Experience Preferred: Two years working in a healthcare or senior living environment.

Licensure: None

High school diploma or equivalent. Education preferred: Associates degree. Two years phone dispatch/operations supervision experience or two years patient transportation or driving experience.
