Contracts Manager
Required Education:
Bachelor's degree in Science, Healthcare, Business Administration or related field.
Preferred Education:
Master's degree.
Required Experience:
Five years experience in contracting and/or purchasing to include two years of supervisory/managerial experience. Successful completion of the LEADing Self Accelerate program may substitute for one year of required supervisory or management experience.
Preferred Experience/Skills:
Experience with purchasing/contracting in supporting multiple customers, category management experience, supplier relationship experience, sourcing/analytical experience, highly organized & detail oriented with the ability to multi-task and be flexible to change, entrepreneurial approach to contracting for improved utilization by customers, eager to learn and grow in their career.
Other Requirements:
Must pass pre-employment skills test as required and administered by Human Resources.
