EDUCATION
Required: Bachelor's degree in Business or Health Care Administration, Education or related field.
Preferred: Master’s degree in Business or Health Care Administration, Education or related field.
EXPERIENCE
Required: Three years business management experience. Successful completion of the LEADing Self Accelerate program may substitute for one year of required supervisory or management experience.
Preferred: Ten years or more of progressively responsible business management experience in a healthcare or educational environment. Prior oversight of ACGME educational programs is highly desired.
OTHER
Required: Must pass pre-employment skills test as required and administered by Human Resources.
