SUMMARY
Responsible for the overall management, leadership and direction for Ultrasound diagnostic imaging modalities/departments.
Ideal Candidate: Will have Master's Degree with ARDMS in Ultrasound and 10 years in Clinical Operations.

JOB SPECIFIC COMPETENCIES
Essential Functions
Directs the operational clinical activities, patient care delivery systems and the daily operations of the modalities and imaging services locations.
Manages compliance standards and requirements as well as policies and procedures.
Participates in strategic planning, the development of growth strategies, achievement of targets and outcome improvement.
Oversees the development of operational budgets, monitors key financial indicators and performance metrics.
Manages human resources to include developing staffing plans, productivity and performance related standards.

REQUIREMENTS
Education Required: Bachelor's Degree Business Administration, Hospital/Healthcare Administration or related field
Preferred Education: Master's Degree Business Administration, Hospital/Healthcare Administration or related field.
Certification Required:
American Registry of Radiologic Technologists: Sonography (ARRT--S); Breast Sonography (ARRT-- BS); Vascular Sonography (ARRT--VS); Cardiovascular Credentialing International - Registered Vascular Specialist (CCI --RVS);
or
American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) - Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS).
Preferred Certification:
Experience: 10 years imaging clinical operations experience to include five years in a management role
Preferred Experience: 8 years imaging clinical operations experience to include five years in a management role, with preferred Master's degree
Successful completion of the LEADing Self Accelerate and/or LEADing Self Discover programs may substitute for one year of required supervisory or management experience. Completion of both programs can be substituted for a maximum of two years of supervisory or management experience.
Must pass pre-employment skills test as required and administered by Human Resources.
