Wellness Coordinator
EDUCATION
- Required: Bachelor's Degree Health Education, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or related field.
- Preferred: Master's Degree Health Education, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or related field.
WORK EXPERIENCE
- Required: 1 year experience in program coordination, employee wellness, health promotion, or a related field.
- Preferred: 2 years experience in program coordination, employee wellness, health promotion, or related experience in a direct patient care delivery setting.
- Preferred: experience with event planning and logistics, experience with administrative coordination and reporting, experience working with multiple departments and stakeholders, experience supporting wellness or employee engagement programs, experience using Qualtrics, RedCap, and Microsoft Teams
LICENSES AND CERTIFICATIONS
- Required: Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) Upon Hire or
- Required: BLS - Basic Life Support Upon Hire
- Preferred: Current personal training certification through a national organization (NASM, ACSM, NSCA, ACE, etc.). Upon Hire
- Preferred: Current group exercise certification through a reputable national organization (ACSM, NSCA, ACE, YMCA, ADAA, etc.). Upon Hire
