REQUIREMENTS
Education Required:Graduation from an approved program of ultrasound technology or radiologic technology. Preferred Education:Bachelor’s Level Degree
Certification Required:Certified in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and certified in ONE of the following: Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS) through American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) or registry eligible. Sonography (S) or Vascular S Preferred Certification:Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS) through ARDMS (AB, OB/GYN, or RVT) Sonography (S) or Vascular (VS) through ARRT
Experience Required:No experience required with graduation from an approved program of ultrasound technology less than 24 months ago or graduation from an approved program of radiologic technology and six months of experience as a registered radiologic technologist at MDACC. Preferred Experience:None
Must pass pre-employment skills test as required and administered by Human Resources.
