Training Specialist - HR Leadership Institute (Part-time)
REQUIREMENTS
Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
Preferred Education: Master’s Level Degree
Certification: None
Preferred Certification: Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) qualified; Real Colors; certification in other training programs such as Achieve-Global, Franklin Covey, DDI, PDI, Blessing-White, or others.
Experience: Seven years’ experience in human resources or related field in developing, coordinating and delivering employee development programs for all levels of employees and management. May substitute required education degree with additional years of equivalent experience or completed years of college on a one to one basis
Preferred Experience: Seven or more years’ experience as a senior Human Resources consultant. Experience in a leadership or management role; experience delivering management training programs in a healthcare environment.
