Supervisor, Diagnostic Imaging - PACS & Support Services
EDUCATION:
Required: Graduate of a Radiology Technology, Ultrasound Technology, or Nuclear Medicine Technology program or an Associates of Applied Science degree.
Preferred: Bachelors degree in related field.
EXPERIENCE:
Required: Two years of experience as a Registered Technologist.
Preferred: Four years of experience as a Registered Technologist with one year in a supervisory/leadership capacity. RIS, PACS, Powerscribe, billing reconciliation experience is highly preferred.
LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION:
Required: Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers through the American Heart Association.
Must have one of the following: Registration by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) and Certified Medical Radiologic Technologist (CMRT) through the Texas Medical Board (TMB). Certification by the Nuclear Medicine Technologist Certification Board (NMTCB) and Certified Medical Radiologic Technologist (CMRT) through the Texas Medical Board (TMB). Registration by the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS).
