Education Required: 
Bachelor's degree.

Experience Required: 
Five years experience in domain, analysis, design, project management, programming or Epic software.  May substitute required education degree with additional years of equivalent experience on a one to one basis.

Preferred Experience: 
•    Release Management
•    Business Continuity
•    Experience in implementation, administration, and support of one or more of the following: PeopleSoft, Electronic Document Management Software, or Siebel CRM.
•    Web Server experience with IIS, WebLogic and JBoss highly desirable.
•    Previous Oracle and SQL server application database administration and troubleshooting experience.  Experience with Oracle RAC highly desired.
•    Working knowledge of authentication and access control using LDAP and Active Directory.
•    Experience with Portal administration, content development and management (SharePoint / SharePoint Developer). 
•    ITIL knowledge and /or certification desired. 
•    Working knowledge of network services such as reverse proxy, SSL, Load Balancing, Domain Name Services highly desirable. 
•    Experience in development and operation of proactive application monitoring solutions using synthetic transactions.
•    Familiarity with analyzing system logs and identifying potential issues with computer systems. Experience with log management solutions (e.g.  Splunk).
