Sr. Pharmacy Technician - Inpatient Pharmacy - Part Time
Education
Required: High School Diploma or equivalent.
Preferred: Certificate from an accredited Pharmacy Technician training program or 2 years of college credit.
License/Certification
Required: Current Pharmacy Technician Registration with the Texas State Board of Pharmacy (TSBP).
Preferred: Current Certification with the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB). Current Intravenous Medication Certification (IV-Sterile Products) approved by the Accreditation Counsel for Pharmacy Education (ACPE).
Experience
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Required Experience: Two years pharmacy technician experience in a hospital, infusion center or retail pharmacy.
Certifications: Current Pharmacy Technician Registration with the Texas State Board of Pharmacy (TSBP). Must pass pre-employment skills test as required and administered by Human Resources.
