Sr Occupational Therapist

EDUCATION:
Required: Bachelor's degree from accredited school of occupational therapy.

Preferred: Advanced degree in occupational therapy or related field.

EXPERIENCE:
Required: Three years of experience as a occupational therapist.

Preferred: Experience as an occupational therapist in an acute care setting, preferably oncology.

LICENSE/CERTIFICATION:
Required: Current license to practice occupational therapy in the state of Texas issued by Executive Council of Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy Examiners. Current CPR certification.

Preferred: Member of the American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA) and the Texas Occupational Therapy Association (TOTA).
