Sr. Financial Analyst - Pharmacy

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related business specialty. 

Preferred Education:  Bachelor's degree in Accounting 

Experience: Five years experience in data analysis, accounting or financial project management. 

Preferred Experience: Five or more years experience in accounting or financial data analysis. Healthcare experience in a large academic medical center.

Strong proficiency in financial analytical tools ( Hyperion, Epic, PeopleSoft, OBIEE) with a high level of financial modeling competence and agility. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (i.e. creating pivot tables, performing v-lookups, and managing large data sets).

Working knowledge of GAAP financial statements and accounting principles.

Exhibits resourcefulness, independent action and judgment that are position appropriate.

Demonstrates flexibility and adaptability in the face of changing demands.

Professional handling of exposure to confidential/sensitive information.

Effective written and oral communication skills (e.g. ability to communicate with others in a clear and professional manner) and strong time management,  organizational skills, and attention to detail.
