Sr Employee Assistance Program Specialist
Required: Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work or related field. Seven years of EAP workplace behavioral risk management or related experience. Licensed by the State of Texas to practice as a mental health professional at the independent level of practice or must obtain license within six months of hire date.
Preferred: Master’s or Doctorate degree in a mental health or related field. Certified Employee Assistance Professional (CEAP) credential. Supervisory experience.
