Sr EHR Application Analyst (Epic) -EHR Analytics & Reporting

Education Required:

Bachelor's degree.

Certification Required:

None

Preferred Certification: 

Epic application build certification and experience.

Experience:Required: 

Five years of Epic software/domain/workflow analysis/design/programming/project management/EHR application related experience.  May substitute required education with additional years of equivalent experience on a one to one basis or completed years of college on a one to one basis.

Preferred Experience: 

A strong candidate will have a high proficiency SQL, 2+ years in custom Epic metric build experience and Radar Dashboards, as well as Web Intelligence report build.  He/she will also have expertise on the Clarity data model and a good working knowledge of how the application(s) collect and store data. He/she will have the ability to effectively analyze reporting needs with the report consumers and determine the best fit analytics solution for the consumer based on business need.
