Sr Applications Systems Analyst (Peoplesoft HCM)

Education Required:
Bachelor's degree.

Experience Required:
Five years’ experience in domain, analysis, design, project management, Epic software or  programming.  May substitute required education degree with additional years of equivalent experience on a one-to-one basis.

Preferred Experience: 
Experience with PeopleSoft, Kronos and Talent Management applications or other  Cloud HCM systems. 
Experience working on large scale projects as well as handling day-to-day operational requests from the business.  

Six years’ experience in business analysis, workflow analysis,  or process improvement.  
Strong ability to successfully manage multiple tasks at any given point, strong relationship building skills &communication skills.
Excellent ability to translate business processes into software requirements.
Excellent specification-writing and estimation abilities for scoping work in a complex, highly collaborative environment.  
Superior problem solving, organizational, decision-making, written, oral and interpersonal skills.
