Sr Applications Systems Analyst (Peoplesoft)

Education Required: Bachelor's degree. 

Experience Required:

Seven years of progressive software systems implementation and support, business systems process analysis and design, Epic software, or domain to include two years lead/supervisory experience. May substitute require education degree with additional years of equivalent experience on a one-to-one basis.

Preferred Experience: 
Six years’ experience in business analysis, workflow analysis,  or process improvement.

Programming experience with PeopleSoft Application Designer, PeopleCode, Application Engine, FLUID development, Integration Broker, Approval Workflow, BI Publisher, Component Interface, Security, Batch process, XML publisher, and SQR.

Experience working on large scale projects as well as handling day-to-day operational requests from the business. 
Experience with PeopleSoft, Kronos and Talent Management applications or other  Cloud HCM systems. Strong ability to successfully manage multiple tasks at any given point, strong relationship building skills &communication skills.  
Excellent ability to translate business processes into software requirements.  Excellent specification-writing and estimation abilities for scoping work in a complex, highly collaborative environment.  
Superior problem solving, organizational, decision-making, written, oral and interpersonal skills.
