EDUCATION:
Required: High school diploma or equivalent.

EXPERIENCE: 
Required: Five years of administrative/secretarial experience. With preferred Associate's degree, three years of required experience and with preferred Bachelor's degree, one year of required experience. 

Preferred: The ideal candidate should have strong administrative experience.  Must be able to anticipate the needs, be organized, proactive, ability to multi-task, have excellent communication and time management skills. Also, the candidate should be detail-oriented, flexible, service-oriented and proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.

OTHER:
Required: Must pass pre-employment skills test as required and administered by Human Resources.
