Senior Systems Analyst - IT Engineering
EDUCATION
- Required: Bachelor's degree
- Preferred: Master's degree
WORK EXPERIENCE
- Required: 5 years experience in analysis/design/project management/programming.
- May substitute required education degree with additional years of equivalent experience on a one to one basis.
Preferred Experience:
- Apple Macintosh expert with extensive experience in managing Apple devices across an enterprise environment.
- Deep understanding of macOS, enterprise deployment tools, ad scripting for automation.
- Strong experience with JAMF Pro, Microsoft Intune, and Apple Business Manager.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash, Python, or AppleScript.
- Demonstrated ability to support and secure macOS devices in large-scale environments.
- Familiarity with industrial compliance standards and security frameworks.
Preferred Certification: One or more of the following: Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA), Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE), CompTIA A+, HP Accredited Systems Engineer (ASE), VMware Certified Professional (VCP), and/or VMware Certified Design Expert (VCDX).
Work Schedule: This position has a hybrid onsite/remote schedule. Individual will be required to be onsite periodically.
