Senior Research Assistant - Systems Biology (10x Genomics / Direct Tagmentation DNA Single-cell Sequencing)

Education

Required: Bachelor's degree in one of the natural sciences or related field.

Preferred: Master's degree in one of the natural sciences or related field.

Experience

Required: Three years of experience in scientific or experimental research work. With preferred degree, one year of required experience.

Preferred: Experience with 10x Genomics RNA and DNA assay, Direct Tagmentation DNA single cell sequencing (ArcWell) Single cell sequencing, spatial transcriptomics (Visium) and spatial in situ technologies (Xenium and Merscope).
