Senior Physical Therapist
Education Required: Bachelor's or advanced degree from accredited School of Physical Therapy.
Education Preferred: Advanced degree from accredited School of Physical Therapy,
Experience Required: Three years of experience as a physical therapist.
Experience Preferred: Experience in acute care setting, preferably an oncology setting. At least two years of exercise/physical activity experience with oncology patients or special populations.
Certification Required: Current license to practice physical therapy in the state of Texas issued by Executive Council of Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy Examiners. Current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation Certification (CPR).
Certification Preferred: Member of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA and the Texas Physical Therapy Association (TPTA). Eligible for American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) certification as a Registered Clinical Exercise Physiologist (RCEP). Additional American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) certification as an ACSM/ACS Certified Cancer Exercise Trainer (CET)
