Senior Building Operations Technology Analyst
EDUCATION
Required: Associate's Degree Electronics, Mechanical Systems, Computer Technology, Air Conditioning or other related technical field.
WORK EXPERIENCE
Required: Four years’ experience in building operations technologies and programming. May substitute Associate’s degree with additional years of equivalent experience on a one to one basis.
Preferred:
Four years’ experience in building operations technologies and programming knowledge and experience supporting the APOGEE, Desigo CC, Niagara, or Johnson Controls Metasys.
Eight years’ experience in Instrumentation and Controls including two years of electrical experience.
Experience programming microprocessors, programmable logic controllers, or Distributive Control Systems.
Experience tuning control loops and calibrating instrumentation.
Experience reading and interpreting electrical, pneumatic, mechanical, heating ventilation and air conditioning schematics, one line diagrams, control loops, control logic, and control sequence of operations.
