Room Service Expediter

EDUCATION:
Required:  High school diploma or equivalent.

EXPERIENCE:
Required:  At least two years of experience as a wait staff in a high volume hotel/restaurant or five years food service experience.
Preferred:  Must also have commercial cooking experience or be willing to learn.  Culinary or tray line experience in a hospital would be a plus.

LICENSE/CERTIFICATION:
Must obtain a current Texas Food Handlers Certification within 30 days of entry into job.
