REQUIREMENTS

degree in one of the natural sciences or related field.

Experience: Five
years of experience in scientific or experimental research work. With preferred
degree, three years of required experience.
Preferred Experience:
Experience in micro-RNA, cell adhesion assays and culture of human stem cells
and tumor cells
Experience with siRNA transfection, bacterial transformation of plasmids,
isolation and characterization of recombinant proteins.
Western blotting, RT-PCR, ELISA assays
Confocal microscopy
Proficiency working with rodents, Immunofluorescence and Immunoprecipitation
Experience working with cardiomyocytes
Experience with manuscript and grant writing
