Education
Required: Bachelor's degree with major course works in one of the basic sciences. 

Preferred: Master’s degree with major course work in one of the basic sciences.



Experience
Required: Two years experience in scientific or experimental research work. No experience required with preferred degree.

Preferred: The candidate will have a sound working knowledge and trouble shooting skills in at least some of the following techniques:

·       Cell transduction
·       Cell proliferations assay, Cell viability tests
·       Animal handling, Tail injection, Xenograft model, Tissue isolation
·       RNA isolation, cDNA synthesis, RT-PCR, q-PCR,
·       Tissue processing, DNA extraction, multiplex PCR amplification
·       Next generation sequencing sample preparation is a plus
·       Molecular cloning, ligation, transformation,
·       Transfection, protein preparation, western blotting
·       Antibody assay using flow cytometry
·       Implemented procedures necessary for routine H&E slides, special stains, immunohistochemistry and other technical procedures are required.
·       Must be able to learn new techniques as required by the scope of the research.
