Program Manager, Strategic Intelligence

EDUCATION 
Required: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or Healthcare Administration or related field.
Preferred: Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Healthcare Administration.

EXPERIENCE 
Required:  Four years in strategic intelligence, strategy, consulting or a related field to include program or project management/planning experience. OR Two years experience required with Master's degree.
Preferred:
•       Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to synthesize complex information
•       Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information in an easy-to-understand manner to diverse audiences 
•       Highly collaborative working style, with a demonstrated ability to multitask and manage multiple large workstreams
•       Proven ability to collaborate and build coalitions with multiple stakeholders
•       Broad expertise and knowledge of stakeholders, trends, economic drivers and policy across healthcare, specifically as it relates to academic medical centers
•       Familiarity with PowerBI, Tableau and other BI software strongly preferred
