Program Manager - Institutional Compliance
Required education: Bachelor's degree.
Preferred education: Bachelor's or Master's in Design, Graphic Design, Publishing, Communications, Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Required experience: Five years related experience to include three years program management experience. May substitute required education degree with additional years of equivalent experience on a one to one basis. With preferred degree, three years of required experience.
Preferred experience: Six years experience in graphics production (medical graphics, litigation graphics, illustration, technical illustration, and/or animation), writing, and editing to include proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), and related graphics/illustration applications. Three years of experience with project management (planning, development, execution, deployment, after-action assessment), and working knowledge of/experience with data visalization and analytics reporting (Tableau, Power BI), six years of experience with project management (planning, development, execution, deployment, after-action assessment).
Preferred certifications: Adobe Certified Professional in Print & Digital Media Publication; IWA Master Certified Web Professional – Designer (CWP); Microsoft Office Specialist Master Certification (MOS); American Design Drafting Association Certified Digital Designer (CDD); IPMA Certified Graphics Communications Manager (CGCM); Board-certified Editor in the Life Sciences (ELS); American Medical Writers Association (AMWA) certification; Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP).
