Program Manager, Advanced Practiced Registered Nurse (APRN) Programs - Department of Nursing

REQUIREMENTS

 

Education:  Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.

 

Preferred Education: Master’s degree

 

Certification: None

 

Experience: Five years of related program management experience. May substitute required education degree with additional years of equivalent experience or completed years of college on a one to one basis.  With preferred degree, three years of required experience.

Preferred Experience:   Three years of experience managing clinical/educational programs in an academic and/or medical environment.

 

Preferred Skills: 

Advanced level knowledge of and demonstrated experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Proficient in creating and making presentations, developing and writing procedures and content for websites and reporting purposes. Knowledge and implementation experience of Qualtrics, Box, Rhythmyx (or other website design tool) Study@MDAnderson (or other LMS experience), Good command of intranet and internet usage, including Brand Central. Advanced organization, analytical, and communication skills (verbal/written).
