Program Manager

Education
Required: Bachelor's degree.

Experience
Required: Five years related experience to include three years program management experience. May substitute required education degree with additional years of equivalent experience on a one to one basis. With preferred degree, three years of required experience.

Preferred: 

• Previous experience managing a team. 
• Direct experience with grants submissions, post award processes, and all systems associated with it.
• Experience with recruitment, training and capacity building.
• Identifying and implementing best practices and standardization across the division.
• Experience with data analytics & reporting.
