Program Director - Stem Cell Transplantation

EDUCATION
Required: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, healthcare administration or related field.
Preferred: PhD degree in Business Administration or related discipline, with a project management focus.

EXPERIENCE
Required: Five years project/program management experience to include three years supervisory experience. May substitute required education degree with additional years of equivalent experience on a one to one basis.
Preferred: Fifteen years experience working in the healthcare industry that includes budgetary expertise and communicating with executive level management. Experience supporting teams in a business environment. Exceptional skills with calendar management, MS Office, graphic software and PeopleSoft database.

Preferred: Project Management Certification
