Program Director, Information Services
EDUCATION
- Required: Bachelor's Degree
- Preferred: Master's Degree
WORK EXPERIENCE
- Required: 7 years In information technology services, to include three years of program or process management to include two years supervisory/management experience.
- May substitute required education degree with additional years of equivalent experience on a one to one basis.
Successful completion of the LEADing Self Accelerate and/or LEADing Self Discover programs may substitute for one year of required supervisory or management experience. Completion of both programs can be substituted for a maximum of two years of supervisory or management experience.
- Experience leading strategic, enterprise-wide programs in complex hospital or healthcare environments.
- Strong program/project management expertise with a focus on process improvement and operational transformation.
- Proven ability to influence and align physicians, nursing leadership, operational stakeholders, and IT teams around organizational priorities.
- Currently or recent direct leadership experience of Epic initiatives, including upgrade readiness, integrated testing, go-live execution, and post-go-live adoption.
- Demonstrated success driving change management and user adoption across multiple clinical and operational domains.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills with experience operating at an institutional scale.
LICENSES AND CERTIFICATIONS
- Preferred: ITIL certification.
- Preferred: Lean/Six Sigma certification.
- Preferred: PMP - Project Mgt Professional
OTHER REQUIREMENTS: Must pass pre-employment skills test as required and administered by Human Resources.
