Requirements:

 

EDUCATION

 

Required:           Bachelor’s degree in Business administration, communication, psychology, or related field

Preferred:          Master’s degree

 

EXPERIENCE

 

Required:           A minimum of five years administrative assistant experience or three years program coordination experience.  May substitute required degree with additional years of equivalent experience or completed years of college on a one-to-one basis.  With preferred degree, one year of required experience.

Preferred:          Five years administrative experience to include two years in a supervisory or managerial capacity in a patient care environment.
