Principal IT Instructional Designer

Education Required: Bachelors degree.

Preferred Certification: Multiple Epic certifications

Experience Required: Seven years of experience analyzing, developing, designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs and/or delivering application training, within a healthcare environment, to include two years of lead/supervisory experience. May substitute required education degree with additional years of equivalent experience on a one-to-one basis.

Preferred Experience: 

Preferred to have experience designing and delivering training for Epic 2015 version at MD Anderson Cancer Center.
• Experience in an academic healthcare setting.
• Experience at The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center.
• Functional experience as a subject matter expert (clinical, financial, or other).  EPIC System specific experience a plus.
• Five years of supervisory/lead experience of training efforts in an academic healthcare setting.
