EDUCATION
Required: Bachelor's Degree
WORK EXPERIENCE
- Required: One year clerical, office, administrative, organizational, or related support experience. OR
- Required: May substitute required Bachelor's degree with additional years of equivalent experience on a one to one basis.
- Preferred: Experience working in a non-profit fundraising operation. Ability to maintain a high level of consistent productivity. High degree of diplomacy, emotional intelligence, ethical sensitivity, cultural sensitivity and commitment to confidentiality. Demonstrated track record of using tact and diplomacy in communications with a wide variety of personalities. Experience in customer service/service recovery, inside sales or solutions sales experience. Must be comfortable initiating and managing multiple inbound communications daily, including calls, emails and follow-ups to engage and connect with donors.
