Pharmacy Technician - The Woodlands

EDUCATION:
Required: High school diploma or equivalent.

EXPERIENCE:
Required: No experience required.

Preferred: Must have at least one year of IV experience or IV certification. Completion ACPE or ASHP accredited course providing Sterile Compounding training is preferred.

LICENSE/CERTIFICATION:
Required: Current Pharmacy Technician Registration with the Texas State Board of Pharmacy (TSBP).

OTHER:
Required: Must pass pre-employment skills a test as required and administered by Human Resources.

WORKING CONDITIONS:
This position requires:
Working in Patient Care Unit (e.g. Nursing unit; outpatient clinic)
Exposure to human/animal blood, body fluids, or tissues
Exposure to harmful chemicals
